In BIOBROKER, SL we handle the data of interested parties in order to: Manage the contracted service, proceed to billing and payment thereof, fiscal and accounting management of the company, and sending information that is requested.
In BIOBROKER, S.L. we process your personal data provided through the web form in order to respond to your query and/or send you the information you request.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, and subsidiarily for a period of 5 years from the signing of the contract or issuance of the service invoice.
We will keep your personal data captured through the web form as long as it is necessary to respond to your request for information or consultation and will proceed to its deletion once it ceases to be useful for the company.
What is the legitimacy for handling your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the service provision contract (according to the terms and conditions contained in the service provision contract), as well as the legitimate interest of the person responsible for complying with their obligations and duties.
What recipients will receive your data?
BIOBROKER, S.L. may share personal information with those companies or collaborators that are essential to perform the service that the user has entrusted to them and that have the status of treatment managers, having signed a contract that guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data. Likewise, if there is any type of legal obligation, BIOBROKER, S.L. will proceed to make the legal transfers of data to which they are legally bound.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether in Biobroker, S.L. we are treating personal data that concerns them, or not.
Therefore, Biobroker, S.L. informs you about the legal possibility that you have to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of data handling, as well as to be able to reject the automated processing of your personal data that may be carried out by Biobroker, S.L.
All requests for the exercise of rights that you submit to us must contain in the subject the reference “Exercise GDPR rights” and must include the following information: name and surname, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and specific request that is being made. If the request for the exercise of rights is on behalf of another person, a representation document must be attached that reliably accredits the representation held.
